Jakob Blint Jr.
wurde am 11. Oktober 1863 in Syracuse geboren und erlernte, nachdem er die öffentlichen Schulen besucht hatte, das Polsterer-Geschäft, in welchem er eine Zeitland thätig war. Gegenwärtig betreibt er mit grossem Erfolg eine Wirthschaft in 486 N. Salinastrasse. Er ist Mitglied der Lincoln-Loge I. O. O. F. des Lincoln Encampment, Canton Lincoln, der F. of A., Salt City Council O. U. A. M. und des Liederkranz. Seit 1888 ist er auch Capitän des Banner Young Men’s Republican Clubs, wie er überhaupt von jeher ein sehr reges Interesse an allen öffentlichen und politischen Angelegenheiten genommen hat. Er wohnt 811 Butternutstrasse. [page 256]
